If you have made a reservation for a cottage in our Village, it means that <\/span><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><u><strong>you also accept our Terms and Conditions. <\/strong><\/u><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 100%; margin-bottom: 0cm; background: #ffffff;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 100%; margin-bottom: 0cm; background: #ffffff;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 100%; margin-bottom: 0cm; background: #ffffff;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 100%; margin-bottom: 0cm; background: #ffffff;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 100%; margin-bottom: 0cm; background: #ffffff;\" align=\"center\"><span style=\"display: inline-block; border: none; padding: 0cm;\"><u><strong><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW ABOUT YOUR STAY WITH US?<\/span><\/strong><\/u><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 100%; margin-bottom: 0cm; background: #ffffff;\" align=\"center\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 100%; margin-bottom: 0cm; background: #ffffff;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">1. The day with us starts at&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"display: inline-block; border: none; padding: 0cm;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">15:00 (arrival)<\/span><\/strong><\/span><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">, and ends at&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"display: inline-block; border: none; padding: 0cm;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">11:00 (checkout)<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 100%; margin-bottom: 0.4cm; background: #ffffff;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">2. If you want to arrive earlier, please contact us at least 1 day in advance - we will see what can be done.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 100%; margin-bottom: 0.4cm; background: #ffffff;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">3. If you shorten your stay with us, the amount for the unused period is not refunded.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 100%; margin-bottom: 0.4cm; background: #ffffff;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">4. If you do not arrive on time, your reservation will be automatically canceled at 11:00 the following day and the amount paid will not be refunded. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 100%; margin-bottom: 0.4cm; background: #ffffff;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">5. It is possible to extend your stay only if there are no prior reservations for the Cottage by other guests.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 100%; margin-bottom: 0cm; background: #ffffff;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">6. You cannot lend or sublet the Cottage to other people.<\/span><span style=\"display: inline-block; border: none; padding: 0cm;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 100%; margin-bottom: 0cm; background: #ffffff;\"><span style=\"display: inline-block; border: none; padding: 0cm;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">7. More than 6 people can stay in the cottage only with additional consent and a fee of PLN 100.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 100%; margin-bottom: 0.4cm; background: #ffffff;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">8. In case of exceeding the declared number of persons using the Cottage (without our consent and knowledge), we have the right to immediately terminate the agreement with all consequences without refunding the previously paid fee.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 100%; margin-bottom: 0cm; background: #ffffff;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">9. You are fully liable for any kind of damage or destruction of equipment and technical devices in the Cottage that occurs during your stay, whether intentional or unintentional.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 100%; margin-bottom: 0cm; background: #ffffff;\"><span style=\"display: inline-block; border: none; padding: 0cm;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">10. You are solely and fully responsible for the people staying there (including children) in the cottage and on the premises of the Za g\u00f3rami za lasami settlement.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 100%; margin-bottom: 0cm; background: #ffffff;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">11. Users of the facility are obliged to comply with <\/span><span style=\"display: inline-block; border: none; padding: 0cm;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">fire safety regulations<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 100%; margin-bottom: 0.4cm; background: #ffffff;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">12. In the cottages, there are fire extinguishers in a visible place, which should be used in the event of a fire and we should be informed immediately. On the ground floor, the fire extinguisher is located in the hallway, on the first floor - in the corridor. For unjustified use of the fire extinguisher, you will be charged PLN 300 and PLN 200 for cleaning the cottage.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 100%; margin-bottom: 0cm; background: #ffffff;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">13. <\/span><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">There is a total ban on smoking in all cottages. If you break the ban, you will be charged the cost of professional removal of cigarette smoke from the cottage, its equipment and fabrics in the amount of PLN 900.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 100%; margin-bottom: 0.4cm; background: #ffffff;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">14. Due to fire safety requirements, you are not allowed to use any devices or equipment powered by electricity or gas in the Cottage that are not part of its furnishings and may pose a fire hazard, such as electric heaters, radiators, gas burners. You are also prohibited from bringing flammable materials, explosive materials, and materials with unpleasant odors into the Cottage.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 100%; margin-bottom: 0.4cm; background: #ffffff;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">15. You cannot dry wet clothes on radiators in the bedrooms. There is a radiator in the bathroom for this purpose, which is adapted to this type of need, and dryers on the terraces, which are equipped with all our houses, can be found under the stairs.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 100%; margin-bottom: 0cm; background: #ffffff;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">16. Remember that <\/span><span style=\"display: inline-block; border: none; padding: 0cm;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">it is not allowed to barbecue on the cottage terrace.<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 100%; margin-bottom: 0.4cm; background: #ffffff;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">17. If you notice any technical faults, report them to us immediately - we will respond and take action.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 100%; margin-bottom: 0.4cm; background: #ffffff;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">18. We are not responsible for any temporary inconveniences occurring with independent suppliers caused by, for example, temporary lack of electricity, water or internet.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 100%; margin-bottom: 0.4cm; background: #ffffff;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">19. You are obliged to use the cottage according to its properties and purpose. Please do not move the beds in the bedrooms and use indoor footwear (especially avoid wearing mountain boots, ski boots, snowboard boots, or any other footwear that could scratch or damage the wooden surface of the stairs and floor).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 100%; margin-bottom: 0.4cm; background: #ffffff;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">20. If you leave the cottage, please check the door's closure. We are not responsible for items left in the cottage.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 100%; margin-bottom: 0.4cm; background: #ffffff;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">21. You can park your car in the designated areas. Remember that the car park is an unguarded car park. We are not responsible for the theft or destruction of motor vehicles or other vehicles belonging to you. There are 2 parking spaces per cottage next to the cottage. If you have more cars, please leave them in the lower car park.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 100%; margin-bottom: 0.4cm; background: #ffffff;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">22. If you are staying with us and significantly disturb the peace and\/or well-being of the neighbors, and fail to comply with generally accepted norms of interpersonal behavior, or in the event of justified police intervention or the presence of a greater number of people than agreed upon - we reserve the right to terminate your stay in the Cottage and are not obligated to refund any unused portion of the stay.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 100%; margin-bottom: 0.4cm; background: #ffffff;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">23. You are obliged to maintain and return the Cottage in the same condition as you found it, which includes, in particular, leaving the dishes and kitchen utensils clean before departure, emptying the refrigerator of food and leaving it in impeccable condition, and leaving the surroundings of the Cottage in the same condition as you found them.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 100%; margin-bottom: 0cm; background: #ffffff;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">24. <\/span><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Each time you leave the Cottage, you should close the windows, turn off the TV and radio, as well as household appliances, switch off the lights, close the taps, and check the door's lock. In the case of excessively high consumption of utilities, we reserve the right to charge you for any additional costs resulting from it.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 100%; margin-bottom: 0cm; background: #ffffff;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">25. In an emergency situation requiring immediate action, we reserve the right to enter the cottage in order to remove the failure or accidental event or to secure the cottage from the effects of such events. In the event of such a situation, we will immediately inform you by phone, text message or via online messengers provided by you.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 100%; margin-bottom: 0cm; background: #ffffff;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">26. You can report any issues related to your stay to us. If you are dissatisfied with the quality of services during your stay or if there is any problem that we can influence, please report it as soon as possible so that we can help. Please report any complaints regarding the Cottage within 2 hours of checking in; otherwise, we may not be able to acknowledge them.&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Our phone number is 517 600 741<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 100%; margin-bottom: 0cm; background: #ffffff;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">28. Quiet hours are enforced in our cottages from 22:00 to 8:00. During this time, guests staying in the Cottage must not disturb the peace of other individuals in the Resort. In the event of a severe violation of quiet hours by you, we reserve the right to immediately remove you from the Cottage without refund, unless you adjust your behavior to comply with customary laws regarding domestic tranquility. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 100%; margin-bottom: 0cm; background: #ffffff;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">29. The cottages are fully equipped and prepared for your use. It is your responsibility to take care of the entrusted property. You bear full material liability for any damage or destruction of items, equipment, and technical devices caused by you or your visiting individuals. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 100%; margin-bottom: 0cm; background: #ffffff;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">30. If you leave a gross mess, you will be charged a double cleaning fee of PLN 400.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 100%; margin-bottom: 0cm; background: #ffffff;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">31. In the event of bedding and towel stains that prevent their laundering, such as hair dye, blood, nail polish, ink, shoe polish, etc., you will be charged for the cost of replacement.<br \/>Bedding set PLN 150, towels 1 pc PLN 70<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 100%; margin-bottom: 0cm; background: #ffffff;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">32. We welcome dogs - the one-time fee for their stay is PLN 100. Remember to clean up after your dog and keep it on a leash when walking around the Settlement.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 100%; margin-bottom: 0cm; background: #ffffff;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">33. The stay of children in mezzanines in the cottages is allowed from the age of 14. Remember - Your child, your responsibility!<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 100%; margin-bottom: 0cm; background: #ffffff;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">34. Changes to booking dates are only possible 14 days before arrival.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 100%; margin-bottom: 0cm; background: #ffffff;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">35. If you are booking a cottage in our Village, it means that <\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #545a5c;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><u><strong>you accept our Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept the Terms and Conditions, we will not be able to book a cottage for you and accommodate you.<\/strong><\/u><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #545a5c;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">2. The rental applies each time to the entire <\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #545a5c;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><u><strong>the entire cottage for up to 6 people<\/strong><\/u><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #545a5c;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">.
