1. The Bear Cave in Kletno – an underground world full of secrets

Just 10 minutes from the Settlement you will find one of the greatest attractions of the Śnieżnik Massif. Bear Cave, picturesquely situated on the right slope of the Kleśnica valley in the Stroma mountain (1166.8 m above sea level), it is not only the largest cave in the Sudetes, but also one of the most impressive in the whole of Poland. Its discovery in 1966 during work in a marble mine was a pure coincidence. Today, after years of research and adaptation work, we can admire this geological wonder of nature!

During the tour, you will cover a distance of about 360 meters, and in total you will see 500 meters of the cave. The temperature inside is kept at a constant 6°C, so don't forget a warm sweatshirt.

Useful information:

The tour takes place in small groups of up to 15 people, which ensures comfort and helps maintain the specific microclimate of the cave.
