Bear Cave

10 min od Osady

This is one of the biggest attractions of the Śnieżnik Massif is the Bear Cave located on the right slope of the Kleśnica valley, in a block of marble lying in the Stroma mountain (1166.8 m above sea level). It is the longest cave in the Sudetes and one of the largest in Poland, which, after an accidental discovery in 1966 during the operation of a marble mine, and then many research, geological, mining and construction works, has been made available to tourists since 1983.

The tourist route, which is available to tourists, is about 360 m long, and you will be able to see about 500 m of the cave on it. You cannot touch the stalactite robe inside, and due to the need to maintain a specific microclimate inside the cave, groups of visitors have a maximum of 15 participants.

It is an attraction for both adults and children - an unforgettable adventure with geology in the background!
