Terms and Conditions of Stay and Use of Cottages
In the settlement "Behind the mountains, beyond the forests

 

What do we mean by using these definitions in our Regulations: 

Landlord - that's us, the owners of the settlement 'Behind the Mountains, Beyond the Forests' - Future Project Ltd.

Tenant - that's you, the person renting one of our cottages

Settlement - These are our cottages: Jelonek, Sówka, Wiewiórka, Niedźwiadek, Wilk, and Lis.

Cottage - one of our six cottages in the Village: Jelonek, Sówka, Wiewiórka, Niedźwiadek, Wilk, and Lis

Terms and conditions - these are the rules of stay and use of cottages in our Village. If you have made a reservation for a cottage in our Village, it means that you also accept our Terms and Conditions.

 

 

 

 

WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW ABOUT YOUR STAY WITH US?

 

1. The day with us starts at 15:00 (arrival), and ends at 11:00 (checkout)

2. If you want to arrive earlier, please contact us at least 1 day in advance - we will see what can be done.

3. If you shorten your stay with us, the amount for the unused period is not refunded.

4. If you do not arrive within the specified period, the reservation will be automatically canceled at 11:00 am the next day, and the prepayment will not be refunded.

5. It is possible to extend your stay only if there are no prior reservations for the Cottage by other guests.

6. You cannot lend or sublet the Cottage to other people. 

7. A larger number of people than 6 can stay in the Cottage only for an additional fee of 75 PLN.

8. In case of exceeding the declared number of persons using the Cottage (without our consent and knowledge), we have the right to immediately terminate the agreement with all consequences without refunding the previously paid fee.

9. You are fully liable for any kind of damage or destruction of equipment and technical devices in the Cottage that occurs during your stay, whether intentional or unintentional.

10. You bear exclusive and full responsibility for the individuals (including children) staying in the cottage.

11. Users of the facility are obliged to comply with fire safety regulations.

12. Fire extinguishers are located in visible places in the cottages and should be used in case of fire, with immediate notification to us. On the ground floor, the fire extinguisher is placed in the hallway, and on the first floor - in the corridor. In case of unjustified use of the fire extinguisher, you will be charged an amount of 150 PLN, as well as 200 PLN for cleaning the cottage.

13. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all cottages. In case of violation, you will be charged for the cost of professional removal of cigarette smoke from the cottage, its furnishings, and fabrics, amounting to 600 PLN.

14. Due to fire safety requirements, you are not allowed to use any devices or equipment powered by electricity or gas in the Cottage that are not part of its furnishings and may pose a fire hazard, such as electric heaters, radiators, gas burners. You are also prohibited from bringing flammable materials, explosive materials, and materials with unpleasant odors into the Cottage.

15. You are not allowed to dry wet items on the radiators in the bedroom. For this purpose, please use the radiator in the bathroom, which is designed for such needs.

16. Remember that it is not allowed to barbecue on the cottage terrace..

17. If you notice any technical faults, report them to us immediately - we will respond and take action.

18. We are not responsible for temporary inconveniences occurring with independent suppliers, such as temporary power outages.

19. You are obliged to use the cottage according to its properties and purpose. Please do not move the beds in the bedrooms and use indoor footwear (especially avoid wearing mountain boots, ski boots, snowboard boots, or any other footwear that could scratch or damage the wooden surface of the stairs and floor).

20. If you leave the cottage, please check the door's closure. We are not responsible for items left in the cottage.

21. You can park your cars in the designated areas. Please note that the parking lot is unattended. We are not responsible for theft or damage to your motor vehicles or other belongings.

22. If you are staying with us and significantly disturb the peace and/or well-being of the neighbors, and fail to comply with generally accepted norms of interpersonal behavior, or in the event of justified police intervention or the presence of a greater number of people than agreed upon - we reserve the right to terminate your stay in the Cottage and are not obligated to refund any unused portion of the stay.

23. You are obliged to maintain and return the Cottage in the same condition as you found it, which includes, in particular, leaving the dishes and kitchen utensils clean before departure, emptying the refrigerator of food and leaving it in impeccable condition, and leaving the surroundings of the Cottage in the same condition as you found them.

24. Each time you leave the Cottage, you should close the windows, turn off the TV and radio, as well as household appliances, switch off the lights, close the taps, and check the door's lock. In the case of excessively high consumption of utilities, we reserve the right to charge you for any additional costs resulting from it.

25. In case of an emergency situation that requires immediate action, we reserve the right to enter the apartment to resolve the emergency or mitigate the consequences of any unexpected event. If such a situation arises, we will promptly inform you via telephone, SMS, or the online messengers provided by you.

26. You have the possibility to report any issues related to your stay. If you are dissatisfied with the quality of services or encounter any problems within your stay that we can influence, please promptly notify us of such matters so that we can assist you.

27. Please report any complaints regarding the Cottage within 2 hours of checking in; otherwise, we may not be able to acknowledge them.

28. Quiet hours are enforced in our cottages from 22:00 to 8:00. During this time, guests staying in the Cottage must not disturb the peace of other individuals in the Resort. In the event of a severe violation of quiet hours by you, we reserve the right to immediately remove you from the Cottage without refund, unless you adjust your behavior to comply with customary laws regarding domestic tranquility.

29. The cottages are fully equipped and prepared for your use. It is your responsibility to take care of the entrusted property. You bear full material liability for any damage or destruction of items, equipment, and technical devices caused by you or your visiting individuals.

30. In case of leaving a gross mess, you will be charged double cleaning fee.

31. In the event of bedding and towel stains that prevent their laundering, such as hair dye, blood, nail polish, ink, shoe polish, etc., you will be charged for the cost of replacement.

32. We gladly welcome small dogs - there is a one-time fee of 100 PLN for their stay. Remember to clean up after your dog! We do not accept stays with large dogs or other animals - we kindly ask for your understanding.

33. The stay of children in mezzanines in the cottages is allowed from the age of 14. Remember - Your child, your responsibility!

Online booking Reservation using a reservation system operated by NFHotel Spółka z o.o.

WHAT SHOULD YOU KNOW ABOUT BOOKINGS AND PAYMENTS?

1. If you are booking a cottage in our Village, it means that you accept our Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept the Terms and Conditions, we will not be able to book a cottage for you and accommodate you.

2. The rental applies each time to the entire Cottage for a maximum of 6 people.If you want to come in a larger group, please contact us.
3.
Minimum rental period:

  • April, November - 2 days
  • Easter - 3 days
  • May Day holiday - 3 days
  • May, October - 2 days
  • June - September - 2 days
  • Corpus Christi - 3 days
  • beginning and end of holidays - 5 days
  • peak of holidays - 5 days

 

4. You need to take 3 steps, to book our cottage:

First - you select a cottage that is available on the Online Reservation list

Second - in the form, you fill in your personal details and any comments for the reservation.

Third - you make a deposit payment using electronic payment - bank transfer.

    1. Transactions by bank transfers are processed through online payment systems.

    2. When choosing electronic payment via bank transfer, you will be You will be redirected to a webpage enabling you to make a deposit payment through an online payment system.

    3. Upon receiving the payment through the online payment system, you will receive an automatic notification confirming the deposit payment to the email address provided during the reservation.

 

5. What if there are no available cottages on your chosen dates??

In case there are no available rooms on your chosen dates, or if the selected room is only available for a longer stay than you Indicated, you will be shown the phone number of the accommodation facility's staff for telephone contact and making individual arrangements.

6. How can you cancel a reservation?

  • If you cancel the reservation, the deposit you have paid remains with us.

  • We have the right to cancel a confirmed reservation within 24 hours of the deposit payment being recorded. In that case, we will refund your deposit immediately.

7. Charges for the stay

  • You are required to make a deposit indicated during the reservation. You can do it using:

- electronic payment - bank transfer

  • ou pay the remaining part of the fee for the entire stay upon arrival at the facility.

  • You do not incur incur any costs related to the execution of the Online Reservation process.

  • Security deposit The deposit is  taken for the duration of the stay, in the amount of 500 PLN. It serves as a security deposit in case of any damages during the stay. The deposit will be refunded on the day of departure, provided that the technical condition of all items constituting the equipment of the cottage, as well as the building itself and the surrounding area, is no worse than when the keys were handed over to you.

 

HOW DO WE PROTECT YOUR DATA?
During the Online Reservation process, you consent to the placement of your personal data in the service's database.

  • Your data will be used by us solely for the purpose of facilitating the proper reservation process and for marketing purposes, and will not be disclosed to third parties, in accordance with Polish personal data protection regulations.

  •  The administrator of your personal data is: Future Project Sp. z o.o., Ułańska 41a, 52-213 Wrocław

  • Contact with the Data Protection Officer - ………………………………….

  • Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of using hotel services

  • The recipients of your personal data will be only entities authorized to obtain personal data based on legal provisions and entities involved in the provision of services

  • Your personal data will be stored indefinitely

  • You have the right to request access to personal data, the right to rectify, erase or restrict the processing of personal data, and the right to data portability

  • You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority

  • Providing personal data is voluntary, however, refusal to provide data may result in the refusal to provide our service

What are we responsible for during the reservation process?

  • You you are responsible for providing accurate and true information in the reservation form.

  • We  we are not responsible for incorrectly entered reservation dates or personal information.

  • The online payment system is responsible for the proper handling of the deposit in the Online Reservation application.

  • We The company providing the Online Reservation application, NFHotel Ltd., and the online reservation system itself are not liable for any unavailability of the system that may arise not due to their fault or due to the occurrence of other independent factors.
