Terms and Conditions of Stay and Use of Cottages
In the settlement "Behind the mountains, beyond the forests
What do we mean by using these definitions in our Regulations:
Landlord - that's us, the owners of the settlement 'Behind the Mountains, Beyond the Forests' - Future Project Ltd.
Tenant - that's you, the person renting one of our cottages
Settlement - these are our houses: Deer, Owl, Squirrel, Bear, Wolf, Fox and Mouflon
Cottage – one of our seven houses in the Settlement: Deer, Owl, Squirrel, Bear, Wolf, Fox and Mouflon
Terms and conditions - these are the rules of stay and use of cottages in our Village. If you have made a reservation for a cottage in our Village, it means that you also accept our Terms and Conditions.
WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW ABOUT YOUR STAY WITH US?
1. The day with us starts at 15:00 (arrival), and ends at 11:00 (checkout)
2. If you want to arrive earlier, please contact us at least 1 day in advance - we will see what can be done.
3. If you shorten your stay with us, the amount for the unused period is not refunded.
4. If you do not arrive on time, your reservation will be automatically canceled at 11:00 the following day and the amount paid will not be refunded.
5. It is possible to extend your stay only if there are no prior reservations for the Cottage by other guests.
6. You cannot lend or sublet the Cottage to other people.
7. More than 6 people can stay in the cottage only with additional consent and a fee of PLN 100.
8. In case of exceeding the declared number of persons using the Cottage (without our consent and knowledge), we have the right to immediately terminate the agreement with all consequences without refunding the previously paid fee.
9. You are fully liable for any kind of damage or destruction of equipment and technical devices in the Cottage that occurs during your stay, whether intentional or unintentional.
10. You are solely and fully responsible for the people staying there (including children) in the cottage and on the premises of the Za górami za lasami settlement.
11. Users of the facility are obliged to comply with fire safety regulations.
12. In the cottages, there are fire extinguishers in a visible place, which should be used in the event of a fire and we should be informed immediately. On the ground floor, the fire extinguisher is located in the hallway, on the first floor - in the corridor. For unjustified use of the fire extinguisher, you will be charged PLN 300 and PLN 200 for cleaning the cottage.
13. There is a total ban on smoking in all cottages. If you break the ban, you will be charged the cost of professional removal of cigarette smoke from the cottage, its equipment and fabrics in the amount of PLN 900.
14. Due to fire safety requirements, you are not allowed to use any devices or equipment powered by electricity or gas in the Cottage that are not part of its furnishings and may pose a fire hazard, such as electric heaters, radiators, gas burners. You are also prohibited from bringing flammable materials, explosive materials, and materials with unpleasant odors into the Cottage.
15. You cannot dry wet clothes on radiators in the bedrooms. There is a radiator in the bathroom for this purpose, which is adapted to this type of need, and dryers on the terraces, which are equipped with all our houses, can be found under the stairs.
16. Remember that it is not allowed to barbecue on the cottage terrace..
17. If you notice any technical faults, report them to us immediately - we will respond and take action.
18. We are not responsible for any temporary inconveniences occurring with independent suppliers caused by, for example, temporary lack of electricity, water or internet.
19. You are obliged to use the cottage according to its properties and purpose. Please do not move the beds in the bedrooms and use indoor footwear (especially avoid wearing mountain boots, ski boots, snowboard boots, or any other footwear that could scratch or damage the wooden surface of the stairs and floor).
20. If you leave the cottage, please check the door's closure. We are not responsible for items left in the cottage.
21. You can park your car in the designated areas. Remember that the car park is an unguarded car park. We are not responsible for the theft or destruction of motor vehicles or other vehicles belonging to you. There are 2 parking spaces per cottage next to the cottage. If you have more cars, please leave them in the lower car park.
22. If you are staying with us and significantly disturb the peace and/or well-being of the neighbors, and fail to comply with generally accepted norms of interpersonal behavior, or in the event of justified police intervention or the presence of a greater number of people than agreed upon - we reserve the right to terminate your stay in the Cottage and are not obligated to refund any unused portion of the stay.
23. You are obliged to maintain and return the Cottage in the same condition as you found it, which includes, in particular, leaving the dishes and kitchen utensils clean before departure, emptying the refrigerator of food and leaving it in impeccable condition, and leaving the surroundings of the Cottage in the same condition as you found them.
24. Each time you leave the Cottage, you should close the windows, turn off the TV and radio, as well as household appliances, switch off the lights, close the taps, and check the door's lock. In the case of excessively high consumption of utilities, we reserve the right to charge you for any additional costs resulting from it.
25. In an emergency situation requiring immediate action, we reserve the right to enter the cottage in order to remove the failure or accidental event or to secure the cottage from the effects of such events. In the event of such a situation, we will immediately inform you by phone, text message or via online messengers provided by you.
26. You can report any issues related to your stay to us. If you are dissatisfied with the quality of services during your stay or if there is any problem that we can influence, please report it as soon as possible so that we can help. Our phone number is 517 600 741
27. Please report any complaints regarding the Cottage within 2 hours of checking in; otherwise, we may not be able to acknowledge them. Our phone number is 517 600 741
28. Quiet hours are enforced in our cottages from 22:00 to 8:00. During this time, guests staying in the Cottage must not disturb the peace of other individuals in the Resort. In the event of a severe violation of quiet hours by you, we reserve the right to immediately remove you from the Cottage without refund, unless you adjust your behavior to comply with customary laws regarding domestic tranquility.
29. The cottages are fully equipped and prepared for your use. It is your responsibility to take care of the entrusted property. You bear full material liability for any damage or destruction of items, equipment, and technical devices caused by you or your visiting individuals.
30. If you leave a gross mess, you will be charged a double cleaning fee of PLN 400.
31. In the event of bedding and towel stains that prevent their laundering, such as hair dye, blood, nail polish, ink, shoe polish, etc., you will be charged for the cost of replacement.

32. We welcome dogs - the one-time fee for their stay is PLN 100. Remember to clean up after your dog and keep it on a leash when walking around the Settlement.
33. The stay of children in mezzanines in the cottages is allowed from the age of 14. Remember - Your child, your responsibility!
34. Changes to booking dates are only possible 14 days before arrival.
35. We do not refund the reservation costs in case of cancellation of arrival.
36.The playground on the premises of the Za górami za lasami settlement is intended for children from 8 years of age, only under adult supervision.Remember – Your child – Your responsibility
37.JIf you have ordered breakfast, it will be delivered to your door at 8:40 and left in a box by the cottage
Reservation and Payment Regulations

Online booking – reservation using the reservation system operated by or NFHotel Spółka z o. o.,
WHAT SHOULD YOU KNOW ABOUT BOOKINGS AND PAYMENTS?
1. If you are booking a cottage in our Village, it means that you accept our Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept the Terms and Conditions, we will not be able to book a cottage for you and accommodate you.

First – you choose a cottage that is available on the Online Reservation list
Second - In the form, you fill in your personal details and any comments for the reservation.
Third – you make a deposit payment via electronic payment - transfer.
Transfer transactions are carried out via online payment systems.
When choosing electronic payment via bank transfer, you will be You will be redirected to a webpage enabling you to make a deposit payment through an online payment system.
Once the payment has been accepted by the online payment system, you will receive an automatic notification of confirmation of the deposit payment at the email address provided when making the reservation.
5. What if there are no available houses on your chosen date??
If there are no rooms available for the date you choose, or the room you choose is available but only for a longer stay than the one indicated by Indicated, you will be shown the phone number of the accommodation facility's staff for telephone contact and making individual arrangements.
6. How can you cancel a reservation?
If you cancel the reservation, the deposit you have paid remains with us.
We have the right to cancel a confirmed reservation within 24 hours of the receipt of the deposit. We will then refund the deposit immediately.
7. Charges for the stay
You are required to make a deposit indicated during the reservation. You can do it using:
- electronic payment - bank transfer
You pay the remaining amount for your entire stay 7 days before your arrival at the settlement.
You do not incur no costs to the execution of the Online Reservation process.
After making the full payment, the entry code to the cottage will be automatically generated for you and sent to you by e-mail and text message.
HOW DO WE PROTECT YOUR DATA?
When making an Online Reservation, you consent to the placement of your personal data in the website's database.
Your data will be used by us only to enable the correct booking process and marketing purposes and will not be made available to third parties, in accordance with Polish regulations on the protection of personal data

Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of using hotel services
The recipients of your personal data will only be entities authorized to obtain personal data under the law and entities participating in the implementation of services

You have the right to request access to personal data, the right to rectify, erase or restrict the processing of personal data, and the right to data portability
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
Providing personal data is voluntary, however, refusal to provide data may result in the refusal to provide our service

What are we responsible for during the reservation process?
You you are responsible for providing accurate and true information in the reservation form.
We we are not responsible for incorrectly entered reservation dates or personal information.
The online payment system is responsible for the proper handling of the deposit in the Online Reservation application.
We and the company providing the Online Reservation application, i.e. NFHotel Spółka z o. o., are not responsible for the unavailability of the system, which could have resulted from no fault of theirs or due to other factors beyond their control.
